Cherry Dangles

These were so fun to create. Our client wanted something fun and sweet using her daughter's birthstone, a ruby. We created these cherry dangles that are light, colorful, and made with ah-mazing craftsmanship and we didn’t miss a single small detail.

We used 2, 3mm ruby cabochon stones for the cherries. Cabochon stones that are cut without facets and that have a rounded top and flat back. We bezel set these stones (with metal all the way around the stone) and added 18k yellow gold hand carved “stems”. To add another pop of color we added a small marquise rose cut emerald stone. The bezel for the “leaf” has a small jump ring attached which is where we added the french wire that makes this earring a “dangle”. This client and Love Zoelle went on to create other “fruit” jewelry that the client LOVES.
