Returns & Exchanges

For online purchases, Love Zoelle will accept returns of unworn jewelry, in its original packaging, within 10 days of the delivery date. Please contact us directly to initiate a return.

Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to determine if a piece of jewelry shows signs of wear.

All custom orders, or customized orders, are final sale.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Love Zoelle recommends shipping merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Please request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

Love Zoelle will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.

Credit or exchange will only be issued if all return instructions are followed. Love Zoelle reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements at our sole discretion.

We will respond within one business day with return instructions and next steps.

Additional Information

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing once your return has been accepted.

Love Zoelle cannot accept returns on items purchased through third-party retailers or stockists.
