Three stone rings have a very sweet sentiment. The three stones represent the past, present, and the future. For this ring, the client had longer fingers. We didn’t want to compromise fit and feel for a ring that would look too dainty on the hand. Together, we decided to go for a thicker, 5.2mm band, with a wide shaft (the metal width of the band). This made it so the ring looked significant while being worn. The three diamonds that we chose were also significant. Paying more attention to millimeter size than carat size we wanted each stone to be roughly the same size with a small fluctuation for each side stone. The client also wanted to incorporate a design element from her mother’s engagement ring, this is where we brought in the woven prong design. It came together beautifully!
